The Club has a new womens senior team and under 16 womens. New junior competitions and a program in partnership with the local primary and secondary schools. This will all contribute to provide a pathway to elite sports, health and education within the pines precinct. The program to offer the community of Frankston North and beyond is seeking financial support to continue to develop and grow within the changed demography of the Pines area. 

Specifically the Club needs to :

• Provide uniforms, and improve the current facilities.
• Prepare for new facilities and make a co-contribution to the build and operating costs in partnership with council and state govt grants.
• Continued on field success in MPNFL Division 1 by :
  • Attracting players through the education pathway as a destination club for aspiring players, which will maintain competitiveness and member/community support;
  • Continue to develop our coaching staff across all teams including seniors, juniors and our intended ladies teams; and
  • Developing a Junior recruitment & retention plan, particularly geared towards local kids broader than the 3200 postcode. This will broaden access to our elite programs of sport.
